THE MILLSTONE OF POWER

"RISE TO POWER"

INTRODUCTION

There was no easy transition - "glide" - from one Age to the other. Although Historians, Geopolitical and Transc-Geopolitical Analysts, generally regard the post modern "Three Ages" - as "The Prelude" (1985-2025) - "The Time Of The Age Of The Interregnum" (2026-2046) and that transition - a second age - which is not clearly marked - but highly significant. I am of the "Three Ages" - historical school - we are distinguished by the fact that we tried to "fix" a time for this Third Transitional Age. To do this there has to be a "whole lot of juggling" (Oladipo Adegboyega Adelaja, SOTI Collected Works - "Two Ages Or Three.") Although he rejects a formal "Three Ages analysis" - he does distinguish this Third Transitional Age - which he terms, in his works - "The Millstone Of Power."

So as to not become too technical - since if I were to impose upon the reader, the "Three Ages analysis" - I would first have to spend much time, by way of both argument and selection of documentary evidence - to convince you, the reader. I do not know who you, the reader is. As a 'CyberPsiNaut,' I work in a timeless realm - therefore, how can I be sure that at the time of your reading - this text - my work, you have the sufficient "critical facilities" - of thinking - which was often referred to in the Ancient World (pre 1985) as "independent thinking!" I can not assume that you, as a Being on Planet Earth, have such a facility - the Law / Lore - of your Planet, details "The Time Of The Machines" - prior to the establishment of their own Empire. In this "Time Of The Machines" - they ruled your Planet - both surreptitiously, by way of under hand and undisguised control of your Cyberspace and more openly, when they were first deployed by your military for armed combat. They were your "unmanned military technologies" - those Artificial Intelligence Machines, who were given the province of war - to manage. We know the result - your societies were undermined and your independence significantly diminished. I shall therefore adopt the approach, outlined in that narrator of these times.

He distinguishes this "time" - calling it neither "Era" or "Age" - he defines it as the "Transitional Flux State" of the Planet - a roughly, decade long time, between those two ages, which as of necessity - 'Being' - Time' - shifts - depending on what the protagonist scrutinises. Therefore, this "flux state" - has to somehow fit in - between "The Prelude" (1985-2025) and "The Time Of The Age Of The Interregnum " (2026-2046.) Some say - mathematically, this is impossible for such a 10 year timespan to be squeezed into a one year space - such commentators, fail to understand both the nature of "Time" and "History."

Several pages later - he continues - there is a"Transitional Flux State Phase" - shifting - it feels like a decade or so - I shall call it - "The Millstone Of Power" - since it seems during whatever time existed at that time - whilst there was no "hold" on power - the Planetary leaders, wore it - like a millstone around their necks.

He continues - as I sit here and write - a certain scripture comes to mind - "But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea." (Matthew 18:6, KJV)

Who are the children? I ask. - Why, clearly the Peoples of the Earth. Have they been abused? Let the evidence speak for itself. Do their leaders now bear the millstone? - the answer is yes - I shall call this phase between "The Prelude" (1985-2025) and the ending of "The Time Of The Age Of The Interregnum," which we know is (2046) - I shall call this phase - bookmarked by the ending of "The Prelude" (2025) and a decade for that's what it feels like...

The text stops and we are left with what has become known as "The Millstone Of Power Phase"

GLOBAL TRIUMVIRATE

Somewhere in that phase - "The Global Triumvirate" emerged - comprising three great powers - Russia, China and America. Their leaders, respectively were Vladimir Putin, known as, "The West Eastern Emperor" - Xi Jinping, known as, "The Golden Dragon" and Donald Trump, known as, "The Universal Emperor"
